In the two collections of drawings on the first floor of the pool, La Piscine presents, every three months, an extract from its collections – or those of collectors and artists – of works on paper: drawings, engravings, collages, photographs, watercolours, posters, prints, wash drawings…
In these intimate spaces, the visitor can get up close to the artists’ initial thoughts, the details that nourish the work, delicate sketches or completed creations.
From thought to sketch, from technical drawing to model, the creative process will be revealed in all its spontaneity, sincerity, diversity and fragile grace.
